How to delete your account

From the app (the normal, immediate way): open Me → Account → Delete account, read the notice and confirm. Your account — anonymous or linked to an email — and the data associated with it on our servers are deleted immediately. The app starts over without an account, in anonymous mode. No call, no email and no waiting required.
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot open it: email emq001@gmail.com with the subject "Delete OraVia account", from the address you linked. We do it for you and confirm through that same address within 30 days at most.

If your account has an editorial role (OraVia team), the app tells you so and an administrator performs the deletion from the panel, so that the review records are not lost.

What gets deleted

Your account (anonymous identifier and, if linked, your email address).
Your spiritual profile and synced favorites.
Your synced points and consistency totals.
Your group memberships, your alias and your ranking positions. Groups you created that have other members do not disappear: they pass to their longest-standing member; if you were the only member, they are deleted.
The intentions you published on the wall and the prayers you left on other people's intentions.
The notification tokens of your devices.
The testimonies you submitted, including their audio.
The community ideas, events and parish entries you submitted. Parishes already approved stay on the map: they are public data about the church, not about you.

What may be retained, no longer linked to you

Bug reports, survey answers and resource or song proposals are anonymized: the reference to your account is removed and they can no longer be associated with you.
Parish photos that were already approved remain in that parish's gallery, with no link to your account.
Local data on your phone (encrypted journal, private intentions, stories read, preferences): deleting the account does not touch them, because they live only on your device. They are erased when you uninstall the app or clear its data from Settings.
We keep no copies for commercial purposes; technical backups rotate and are purged within 30 days at most.
